Signature Fine Estates is a boutique brokerage, and we intend to stay one. That shapes what working here looks like. We are not running a volume model where new agents are handed a phone script and left to sink. You will need an active California real estate license through the Department of Real Estate to join as an agent. If you are still in the licensing process, we are happy to talk early so you have a plan for where to land.
